At DigiFilm, we stand by the quality of our professional electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DigiFilm account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange device within 3-5 business days.
